Sponsored in-part by Susanne O’Malley and Tom Neudauer
The Air National Guard Band of the Southwest is a 39 member professional military band from Fort Worth, TX, led by commander and conductor Lieutenant Colonel Eric Patterson. Designated by the Lone Star State’s governor as the “Official Band of Texas,” it represents a 7-state region of the southwest. In recent years it has given overseas concerts in Barbados, Bolivia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Nicaragua, Trinidad, Vanuatu, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Qatar and concerts throughout the United States. All of the musicians in the band are citizen-airmen, serving one weekend a month and two weeks each year in the Air National Guard.

Featuring stellar vocals and a full concert band, the Air National Guard Band of the Southwest program is a mix of patriotic music, traditional military marches, familiar pop songs, Americana, and wind band standards. The night’s program will be announced from the stage.
